Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
1. If client cancels outside of 14 days of the booking 100% refund to client.
2.If client cancels within 14 days operator to receive 50% of total booking if accommodation not relet.
3.If client cancels within 48 hours of booking i.e. after 2pm no refund applies.
4.In the event of Visitor Information Centre reselling cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.
5.PLEASE NOTE: A $25 administration fee applies to any cancellation and ALL refunds exclude the $3.85 booking fee.
