Directions: From Cessnock at the end of Vincent Street, turn left and immediately right into Wine Country Drive (Cessnock Swimming Pool will be on your left). Carry on this road until you see Cessnock Airport and Tourist Information Centre on your right. Take the next turn left into Broke Road. Follow Broke Road for approximately 3km's until you reach the T-intersection. Turn left and a quick right back into Broke Road where you will see the Hunter Valley Gardens sign. The entrance to Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens is the first on your left. |

Accommodation
1. If HVWCT’s client cancels outside of 28 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client
2. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 3 and 28 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% refund of any unsold nights if total accommodation Is not relet
3. If HVWCT’s client cancels within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival date i.e. (after 2pm) no refund applies
4. In the event of HVWCT reselling cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund of the resold nights
