We welcome you to Singleton, an easy two and a half hours drive north of Sydney via:

Via the Sydney Newcastle Freeway (F3)


Follow the Sydney Newcastle (F3) Freeway to the end, (including straight ahead through the two round-a-bouts)

At the T intersection - turn left onto the New England Highway
Follow the New England Highway through Maitland, Rutherford, Lochinvar and Branxton to Singleton. 

Via the Wollombi Road

Follow the Sydney Newcastle Freeway (F3) to the Peats Ridge Road exit. Turning left onto Peats Ridge Road and continuing on veering left onto George Downes Drive which becomes the Great North Road. Travelling through the town of Wollombi the great North Road becomes Paynes Crossing Road and continues on to the town of Broke. Following the road through Broke where it becomes the Broke/Mt Thorley road, travel until you reach the T intersection with the Putty Road. Turn right and travel 9kms to Singleton.

Via the Putty Road

Take the Putty Road from Windsor and follow for approximately two hours (174kms)

As you approch Singleton town centre the Putty Road becomes John Street. Travelling from the north, Singleton and the Putty Road is the gateway to the beautiful Blue Mountains.

 

Directions from the Nearest Town

Maitland From the town of Maitland on the New England Highway travel west through Rutherford, Lochinvar, Greta and Branxton to Singleton. (47 km)

Cessnock  From the town of Cessnock travel northeast on Wollombi Road to Allandale Road and turn left at Allandale Road, continue along Wine  Country Drive. Turn left to stay on Wine Country Drive. Turn left at the traffic lights on the intersection of the New England Highway at Branxton. Travel through Belford along the New England Highway to Singleton. (44 km)

Muswellbrook  From the town of Muswellbrook travel south along the New England Highway through Ravensworth and Camberwell into Singleton (49 km)

Denman From the Village of Denman travel north on Paxton Street towards Isabel Street, turn right at Crinoline Street and continue along the Golden Highway through the village of Jerry's Plains, turn left to stay on the Golden Highway at the Putty Road intersection. Continue along the Putty Road to Singleton. (67 km)

Dungog From the town of Dungog travel north along Dowling Street towards Brown Street. Turn left at Hook Street. Turn right  at Chichester Dam Road. Turn left at Sugarloaf Road. Turn left at Bingleburra Road then a slight left at Allyn River Road. Turn Right at Durham Road. Turn left at Glendonbrook Road. Turn right at Gresford Road. Continue along the Gresford Singleton road to Singleton. (71 km)
