International Friendship Agreements

Singleton Council has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Gujiao City of Shanxi Province, Peoples Republic of China and Takahata of Yamagata Prefecture in the northern part of the main island of Honshu, Japan.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding will ensure that Singleton will have opportunities with Gujiao City and Takahata to further develop mutual prosperity, particularly in the areas of trade, culture, education and technology exchanges.
